Okay, I joined up as a webmasters, but I think I would have a hard time to promote your site. There are way too many leaks off your webmaster tour page.
Your webmaster partner tour (in my opinion) should not have any traffic leaks. Your friends page is a HUGE traffic leak area. Your Kristi-cam site is a huge leak. The link to jane's, yahoo, and other link sites is a traffic leak.
Basically, I would only send traffic if I am sure the traffic is going to stay on your site. Right now, there is no way to prove that.
How do you handle this? Copy your tour, and remove the leaks... and have your webmaster link go to that leak proofed tour. You can maintain your regular index page and stuff as it is...
