In July and later in November I bought a stock - my basis is .42 on the shares. They're a vendor of mine and I send them a substantial amount of cash every month. They're a solid company that had too much cash during the .com boom, spent a bit too much for too long, recently appointed a new president, things got shaken up quite a bit, people redeployed. VP said that they were on a mission to turn 4Q2005 into their first profitable quarter, convinced me to buy a little bit more from them.

Prior to the 28th they had a small runup. I listened to the earnings conference call on the 28th -- 4Q2005, net loss of $177k. I didn't think it would hurt them -- they had been narrowing the loss gap quite a bit in recent quarters but, I had hoped they would show a profit for 4Q. They did affirm in their forward looking statement that 1Q2006 was looking good. Stock really doesn't have much coverage since it is trading below $1, however, yesterday an analyst (one I don't really follow) upgraded it from HOLD to Buy. Since then, the stock has hit an intraday high of .71 now on heavy volume.

So, based on that, I am currently up 62.48% on that stock. One of the very few tech stocks I own, and one of an extreme few that I have ever bought where the company wasn't profitable.

Other than that, work work work on the schedule.
