It doesn't get you all that much anymore. There was a time when it was a great investment, now, unless you have a fairly specialized product, it's hard to say it's worth it.
It does depend on what site you are trying to get listed. Some people still get their money's worth.
Don't trust the reviewers there, they often seem determined to give you the worst possible drescription imaginable.
