Charities like those are exempt from the Do Not Call list.
The last guy calling for one of the local PD's said "They sure do appreciate seeing that bumper sticker showing you support them when they're out on the road" I could practically hear him winking as he said it, lmao.
I always tell them that for me it's a choice between dinner, or donating, and I hope they understand.
