Morning all. Not much here... seem to be getting over my bad chest without a single bit of medication.
I think I will jump on the treadmill or walk around the block today just to see if I am all good. Man watching the Biggest Loser makes you feel bad for even a wee bit of extra weight lol. I am going to a costume and cocktail party in 2 weeks and it has to be strippers costumes. I think I will try and tone up a bit real fast as most of the girls there are strippers lol and I wanna look good in my cop outfit
