I have 12 recips on my each index page and I haven't problem with acceptation by link lists owners.
It's recommended to name 'index' each page with your recip list, not 'index', 'index2' 'index3' etc.
for example:

http://www.thekaktus.com/03/booty_vi...me-fucking-rd/
