Yep, seems to be consistent across all pages.
Did notice this in your code "773px". That very well may be what's pushing things too close. Try dropping that by about 15 or 20 px and I'll bet that fixes it.
For what it's worth, I'm seeing the scroll in Firefox with the developer extension used to instantly resize. Usually, it's pretty darned accurate
