I will check what Punani uses Meat. I am doing a couple of other tests tonite or tomorrow. I found out that the movies are starting as 25fps before I cut them and save as mpegs. I have changed the regional settings on my pc just as a not-likely test lol.
The software I use (avs media) does have ntsc and pal conversions too and I have tried both but I will mess with it a bit more. It also has wizard which I havent tried.
