Most blog softwares you use will work with a php generated CSS, so you probably wont get too much in the way of choice there.
I agree with GG tho - simple = good. A well set up css will give you your cool headings, hover texts, consistent color scheme and other such - GL with it |
That's some excellent advice there, amareck. I use CSS but don't imagine I could build a site from the ground up with it. If you hadn't posted that I would never have thought about it, so I'm glad you did. Just going to pm you a couple of related and unrelated questions.
