Does anyone know of any good pay per email sponsors that allow remote boxes? I've been using adultplex but they seem to only update stats when they feel like it, didn't respond to my email, and the site hasn't been updated in a while. Anyways, I was looking at

but i'm having a hard time finding one that looks good there. Some don't allow remote boxes, or their signup link was broken, etc. CECash looked good but my zip is restricted. I'm thinking about gamma, but only like 55-60% of my traffic has been from the countries they allow to signup. Any suggestions? Thanks
