I think you probably know that it's not how many webmasters are signed up to a program. As a program operator you must know that it's more about what kind of webmasters they are, how much traffic they have, and what the quality of their traffic is like. I can tell you that at this point there are many webmasters, who you'd like to have in your program, but who won't be signing up based only on what's been done and said so far.
I don't know you, but maybe slow down a little, apologize for the things that offended people, introduce yourself (not the program), and get to know the people here before you wind up arguing about points that will get you nowhere.
