Nenad, here's what you do...
if you plan on using the new domain email for
ALL of your submissions from now on, then go ahead - use the comments section of an LL's submit form to let them know the first time you do it that it will be your new permanant address. If they don't have a comment form then I would email them. You should be ok for most places doing that.
just don't submit with a different email for each domain you use. Pick one & stick with it
