I see a potential problem that would cause me to hesitate listing that type of thing. If you rent the link, in effect, you lose control of the link, and who knows what will happen? Consoles, illegal stuff, 404, 302's etc... All reflecting on you the submitter. It seems like a good way for cheaters to linked without worrying about being banned because it isn't their submit.
Bottom line the potential for abuse is just too high to risk listing it unfortunately.
