Hey guys, I am looking for a designer who can do designs like this one

in CSS of course. I guess I may be going a bit overboard with the design of my blog/directory but I don't want another cookie cutter design.
Could you please give me a list of your best CSS work and prices. I have already asked the only guy around that I know of who could do it (potter) but he is starting a program and no longer taking customers for that stuff.
