Turn your CDs into MP3s and it becomes a jukebox.

Using an old laptop I digitized my whole CD collection and have it hooked into my home stereo system. No more looking for CDs when I want to listen to music. Right now it is a little under 20 gigs of MP3s. Often I leave it on random play, it's like listening to the radio minus commercials. It reports that I have a bit over a week's worth of music playing 24/7 without repeating a song.

Also there is internet radio which can be very good.

Not sure what software PCs use for doing MP3s, but Macs use iTunes which Apple says they are going to port to the PC platform before the end of the year.
