I've had a few people that that just did'nt work, a big reason at times that I dont want to hire more. It's amazing to me, so many people say they need money, they are broke, ect, ect, but they DONT want to work! Course probably the reason they dont have money in the first place. Not the case for every one or a generalization, just see it far to often.

I'm not sure if it's the remote nature of the work situation or what, but getting people to do the job you pay them to do seems more of a hassle then just doing it yourself.
