Then when you see who is approving you and where you are getting traffic from you may add or drop recips. And then when you feel really comfortable you can go to custom recips and increase the number of recips on your index, but wait on that until you are more seasoned and know what you can and can't get away with.
You'll get there, just keep trying. 
Oh and PS, the three owners of the linklists posted in this thread are very gentle on newbies and I'm pretty sure they will send you an email about anything you've done wrong on the first couple of attempts.  |

Ah, since you've already submitted that site...try this...
First off, get the changes made as soon as you can...hopefully you can get them done before the site is reviewed. If you don't get them done in time...GG, Scorpio Links, Hoes and PenisBot all have threads in these forums where you can post asking about your site.
If your site isn't listed within a few days, post in the relevant threads asking about it. Don't resubmit the site until you're 100% sure it's been declined. Note that PenisBot is usually a few weeks behind. So, you should have plenty of time to fix things up before the site is reviewed there.
I don't know the ower of Topfucksites, so have no good advice for you on that one. But, I'd still suggest you make any changes as soon as possible.
The learning curve seems steep at first, but once you get the hang of things...it's not so bad...hang in there
