Glad to hear you fixed it
When I was having cable problems the service techs came out and said my modem was (which it was) then told me the problem was with my computer. The same computer running the same shit it had for over a year with no problems. I thanked them, shook my head in disbelief, then decided to wait a few days to see if my hunch about it being in their equipment would work? Sure enough two days later with this same computer that the techs told me was missing certain files/drivers
their service returned to normal. So much for cable tech support
