Mornin' y'all,
Been dealing with some insomnia the last week or so, had another rough night last night. Fonz can attest, I was chatting with him on ICQ about a little blog biz at 4AM my time.
Was nice chatting with Fonz, but I'd have rather been in the land of nod at that hour.
One of the few mainstream clients that I still work with sent me an email about noon yesterday with three items to update on their site. Not a big deal, except the deadline listed for two of the three was today.
I let them know that the short notice won't fly for any future work. I also think I'll be charging double my normal rate for the rush job.
