from the other place ..hehe...anyways, I think what you will discover is that everyone seems to have the same rules with each one also having their "own" unique rules as well. Best advice I would give is keep it to the common sense, but try to create quality designed sites. The other would not to over use sponsor content that so many seem to use. Seems like when a new gallery comes out with one, a million webmasters all make Free Gallery Sites with that same one and submit them to LL's.
For us, I don't think there is anything out of the ordinary but we do offer a couple good incentives for webmasters. I am also working on a brand new 69toplinks which will work even better for both webmaster and surfer. If interested in details, PM me.
