FWIW, none of the links on the new non-CCBill firont page work, except the signup link itself. No way to even see what sites you offer, or to email you (both links are broken) and the FAQ page is an unformatted XML file with no CSS so it's impossible to read in a browser.
One suggestion I'd make is
never to go live with a new front end and interface that hasn't been well-debugged first.
