I missed one part in my post...
"So, it doesn't have to be a LL owner that spams you. It could be a spam crawler (or what ever they call it) that extracted your email from that "detailed" listing page."
At least that's how I found out that I got added to spam lists when I started using an unique submit email some years ago.
