Once you have aggregated a feed into your blog, the content of its posts are fully under your control and appear in your WP admin just like any post you have written yourself. You could edit the body text, the title, the date, whatever.

ok I need some help here
when you get the feed added in, does it publish a post everytime the blog is updated? I guess what I'm asking is if you have initial control over when a post goes live or if they're automatically added to the page. Does that make sense?
