Good Morning
Changed my water heater yesterday and found out that it's common for our town's heaters to blow up. We recently got new water meters that make our homes a closed system. It's kind of like taking a glass jar, filling it with water, caping it and putting it on the stove...something is going to give. So, not only did I have to replace the heater but I had to install an expansion tank like you find on a boiler for heat.
I'll be calling the water company tomorrow to see who has to pay for all this.
Today, just spending it with my Grandchildren.
