Obviously, with 1,000s of pages indexed for that site, I haven't lost all of my Yahoo traffic, but they have seemingly decreased the relevance for that site.

Yahoo updates constantly. I have one term that bounces between #6 and 30 or anywhere inbetween during a months time. It's been like that for at least 9 months that I know of.
