What they fail to mention is that sites that have NOT set rebilling amounts would not have been affected by this "glitch"..
Basicaly... only way this glitch could happen is if someone was playing with the rebill numbers.
Either way I was able to get proof that programs I have promoted through ccbill were infact honnest
