I think this could be a success if marketed correctly.

Let's say you have a site/network that you charge a $15 (or more) membership for, we're looking to do a cross promotion whereby they would get $10 free in an online poker room we're currently marketing for. This gives your member their membership to your site for $5 now in their eyes. In order to get the credit, you (the webmaster) would remit us the $10 from the membership purchase as well as the email address of the member. Also, we can offer you 15% of each player's rakeback for as long as they are a player. This means that if a player contributes .50 in a hand of poker, that .07 of it would be yours.

Anyone interested in discussing this further, please let me know.
