I use both an ICRA label and a meta rating tag
<meta name="rating" content="restricted">
I also include the keyword and description meta tags, but to date I haven't been deliberately including words that would trip adult filters.
I'd like to know specifically what tags and what words Google looks for, but I doubt they'll say since it could also be used to deliberately avoid the filter.
