Most link trades on link lists aren't really traffic trades since not much traffic is passed through them. (Most link trades are on the bottom of the category pages.) So don't think of them as a way to gain traffic directly and swiftly. And if PR comes up in a link trade discussion, don't bother pursuing the trade. It usually means that the owner has their head buried rather deeply between their ass cheeks.

Thanks, some good tips it sounds like.
As of now my biggest problem with submissions is Im getting more TGP gallery submission than Free Sites for some reason. Have no idea why.
Im seeing the trades as more of a way of my LL to get know. To surfers, webmasters and search engines. So I guess Im thinking somewhat right there then.
