I asked about this before here and got no answers.

Ultravid is an old and reliable name in the vidchat software business, but is somewhat pricey at about 1-2k per station. However, it's a complete package, almost plug and play. I'm pretty sure ultravid would help you with the billing end too, at least with suggesting a bank with experience in vidchat and per-minute merchant account billing.

I'd also be interested in hearing about any other software to get the job done.
