When I got into mainstream, I was confused as fuck. They were talking about the same shit as in adult, but everything was named differently.
Since I have been in this for some time, I knew where to find info about what they were talking about. Search, find a sticky thread on the boards, FAQ somewhere or just poke around on the boards/resources.
But if I was fresh, I would probably have posted and would've got flamed to pieces.
So how about a sticky (and also add it to the welcome email) with the most common questions? Maybe you have it already (I admit, I haven't looked lately
).

Maybe send a PM to all the newbies that get their welcome thread moved to the real thread?
It's clearly in the welcome email where to post. But sometimes people miss stuff and instead of pissing them off by thinking that their thread got deleted, send them a friendly PM saying that it got moved to the proper place.
