Well, it's not that hidden
It's stuck on top of the Chit Chat forum & when you signed up, you were sent an email with a link to the current month's thread. So we do try to let everyone know where it is

As far as I have been able to summise so far, link sites have evolved to become super tgps and free sites have evolved to become super galleries. All nice and efficient. I have a lot to learn about hub control and free site infrastructure but I think I have the general idea now...
