No, actually what happened was this: Epassporte uses a third party, Electracash to process electronic transfers. Electracash made an input error thus the electronic transfer was deposited into the wrong bank account. To make matters worse everyone at Epassporte was saying something different. One person admitted that a mistake was made on their end, another said it was the banks fault, another said it was Electracash's fault etc.. This went on for over a month. And every 5 days I was told the situation was resolved and I'd have my money in another 3-5 days. The problem was I never received my money.
I was being circle jerked by these idiots day after day, week after week. So I made a post on another board. Once they responded it became clear to everyone exactly what I had been dealing with. Essentially they shot themselves in the foot based on the way they responded. Finally I had their attention and was told I'd get a check. Well a few days later I was told that they couldn't send a check because they banked in the Bahamas. I still don't understand why that would cause a problem but oh well. So they ended up sending me a wire transfer roughly a month and a half later.
The problem with Epassporte is their customer service. I really don't have any desire to go any deeper into the situation at this point. It was resolved and I'll never use them again.
