I don't put your rep at doubt, but let me say few words about this one:
I know Friday for about two years now. I don't know what hit you, but I can assure you it wasn't him. This guy is totally clueless about HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc. I'm saying this because that template he uses for galleries is made by me.
This morning, when I've logged in my IM he told me about this issue and asked me to check it out and to make sure it is all ok. And belive me it was all clean, just like it came out of my hands when I finished that template.
It is true that a cheater could simply change the code to get rid of the incriminatig evidence. Because his domain is hosted on the same hosting account as one of my domains, I just logged on that server and took a look:

The date showing before the file name is the creation date. If the file would be modified by adding or removing code, that date would be diferent.
I repeat, I don't know what was that hitting you, but I'm damn sure it wasn't him.
Now, we all know that you are the only one deciding who to list and who to dump, and I know that no matter what I say here you'll keep thinking that he tried to infect you with some virus of some sort. I'm not trying to make you change your mind. But Friday is no cheater.
