I am just glad that my children are all grown and out of public school.

For those that have not had the pleasure of being in one in say 15 years it has changed. At least in our area. Something needs to be done.

I do not believe they really want to do strip searches. This is just their first move. They know it will be shot down. Then they will bring forward what they really want which will be lesser and everyone will think its a nice compromise because something really does need to be done so it will probably fly right thru without a problem.

For those that have kids still in public school go spend a day as a visitor. Wife and I did this a few years back and it opened our eyes. We just could not afford, plus they were all catholic, private schools in our immediate area for our 3 children at that time.
