3 toolbars? too many buttons? what are you people doing to fuck things up?
I think I have LESS buttons now - refresh, stop, favorites, add favorite, home, print, tools - that's it (aside form the google toolbar)
Right click, customize toolbar, add/remove - it's very simple.
