I suppose that all depends on the sponsor site.
I do know that I frequently pick up sales on old free sites in the days following those long delayed acceptance mails. Sure the sales
could have some from another source.
But as a counterpoint to your statement, those sales could also be from that fresh infusion of traffic...seeing a site that maybe hasn't been promoted in a while.
