Think you guys may have mis-read his post...he says he has
virtual hosting, not free hosting.
That said, the Hippy is right of course though...many reviewers (myself included) hate numbered entry pages. I'll decline for it with notice a few times, then blacklist.
Using keyword.html works for a lot of lists, but also doesn't work for some. There are multiple threads on the board about folder structures to avoid problems and still use index.html pages
I am surprised someone declined your sites for the content not being in the same folder though. Always thought as long as the content was on the same domain, it was fine. And people call
