Porn Blog Resource. I haven't actually spent a lot of time on the site so I really can't compare it.
As far as information, what your asking is a bit vague. Are you looking to add feeds to a blog and get feeds from a blog or just looking to do something else.
As far as using a feed with a blog, that's pretty specific to the script as well as getting the feed from the blog.
