The only thing you can change about the sponsor banner is to use a different banner that doesn't contain deceptive text
The fact that everyone uses it really isn't relevant as it comes down the the reviewer looking at your site. Perhaps I'm more 'anal' about deceptive text on banners than some, but I've got a hunch I'm not alone.
The amount of content you have is fine...it's the order of the pics in your galleries that needs correcting. The pics should flow in sequence with the action taking place. Meaning the chick shouldn't be naked in one pic and dressed in the next. Just take a look at your set of pics and make sure the action is flowing correctly
