I used 'em briefly for some TGP stuff - nothing really wrong with 'em except a.) yes, I too had to email 'em to get setup info I should have had auto-mailed to me at signup, b.) I didn't care for their stats, and c.) they have hard limits on bandwidth, while taking a full week to get around to manually upgrading a hosting plan. So if I got a gallery listed with the Hun (don't laugh - it COULD happen
) and hit my bandwidth limit, my domain would have been off-line. I prefer hosting plans that will charge you for overage, but not cut you off.
Really it was more a matter of personal preference for me - they'd probably be a perfectly fine webhost for small players just getting started if they get their support response time improved.
