I also struggle with my cholesterol. I'm already a vegetarian, I will eat small amounts of dairy, but my cholesterol was at an all time high a few months ago last time it was check approaching 500.
Three moths ago I was put on
Pravastatin and I'm on an even lower fat diet, eating oatmeal, and working out for around two hours ever other day.
Hopefully when I'm checked again next month it will be much lower but I'm told that I'm one of those people who make there own cholesterol or something like that.
If nothing else I've manage to loose around 20 pounds this year but my very high cholesterol is not good at all.
What kind of supplements are you taking?
