On Sept 12th 2006, Mantra Films pled guilty to charges that it failed to create and maintain age and identity documents for performers in sexually explicit films that it produced and distributed, and that it failed to label its DVDs and videotapes as required by federal law.

They didn't plead guilty to any of the bullshit quoted in the slanted article you posted and quoted from. Nothing about 17yos, underage anything.
