Thanks Simon. I used this:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/loose.dtd">

and

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">

but got 8 errors. It didn't like my topmargin, background,s bordercolordarks, bordercolorlights and form (for my warning)

If "charset=iso-8859-1" is the wrong charset, which one should I use?
