Since I pointed ya here...let me give ya a quick rundown on some probably problem spots
First off, as mentioned I've never heard of Lazyguy. But, I did take a look at his site and he's got pretty much the standard rules in place...including the rule about no sub-domains, so that could be why he blacklisted you.
Okay, on to your site...

The graphics on this site are HUGE. Let's just say the tool that I use to check stops and returns an error at 1 million kb. I know you probably worked very hard to make those spinning graphics, but they're simply way too large for use on free sites.
In this business, surfers have a fairly short attention span...you want fast loading pages...within reason.
Your keywords meta tag is very spammy. Some reviewers check...some don't (I do). As a general rule of thumb...don't include any terms in the keywords meta that's not actually on the page. And never repeat the same word more than 3 times. Meaning...sex, shemale sex, tranny sex would be 3 times for the word 'sex'.
The page looks off center in Firefox 2.0. Some reviewers (myself included) have started reviewing only in FF. So, you'll want to make sure your sites look right in both IE and FF.
Moving on to the main page...
Not sure about mixing a for women site in with the for men stuff. But, that's probably a subject for another thread...
Other than the massive image sizes...

Gallery one...
Spinning image is too big.
You may have trouble getting listings with a hodgepodge of content. The scattered nature of the images doesn't really impart quality to the site...seems like it was just thrown together (I know it wasn't though).
That Nylons Nylons thumb in the middle of the free pictures will cause problems. Many would consider it a blind link (even though it does have the sponsor name on it), simply because it looks like a clickable thumb.
The full sized images are too large for some...try to optimize them down to around 70k or so. Also, not sure if you put it on there or the sponsor did, but the picture frames look rather strange on a porn site. This ain't about art, it's about sex and fun.
Gallery two...same comments as gallery one.
I'd thought about reviewing both of the sites you posted, but the comments would be very similar.
Don't get discouraged...the issues brought up here are very common amongst those new to the free site game. I'd suggest you surf one of the larger link sites, and get a feel for how to build a tight, clean free site.
A word of caution here...not saying you would do it, but it's happened before so this must be said. While surfing those sites, use what you see for inspiration and learning only...never directly copy someone else's work.
As to working with Frontpage, unfortunately I'm no help there as I've only touched that thing a couple times over the years. I would however suggest either learning how to code by hand (which is what many of us dinosaurs do), or perhaps getting a more friendly html editor.
