Fuck it's cold for my old southern ass. Crisp 55F here this morning.
Woke up with cats all over me. Put the heat on and it's starting to warm up in my house now.
I think I'm well enough to return to the gym today or at least that is my plan in my yet as not fully awake state of mind.
Off to make the morning espresso…
