Your list looks more of a list of WHO TO SUBMIT TO rather than WHO NOT TO submit to. Best of luck when you start blogging...no offense to the bloggers out there...
Besides not putting both feet in your mouth it would be wise when making a submit list to do some research in terms of traffic, backlinks and reputation before making a table. What is it with this freaking mentality that you have to submit to everyone and there brother?
