There are a lot of people, some big names, that make a lot of money selling what is at best mostly a scam, and at worst is plain and simple prostitution, an illegal service.
But it's sold by those big names because it makes money in an era when paysite sales are steadily dropping.
If you want the money, it's better not to know what you are really selling.
Will it get investigated? For now it doesn't seem to be on Justice's radar. And lots of people sell it.
There might be some companies that are more legitimate than others.
