About 6 months ago, after eating them for years, I became allergic to green beans. Had them 3 times after the reaction, last time I had some problems breathing, so I'm trying hard to never have them again because I don't want to end up in the er.
Nuts allergies I've heard are one of the worst. She needs to be careful if she even eats something that has been processed in a factory that uses nuts...watch your labels. At least green beans are easier for me to avoid.
