I dont think it was just popups - if you look they tested the site and one of the popups(probably a chain sponsor that wegcash has no control over) tried to install a program on the test computer
I had the same thing happen when I tested another companies( a rather large aff program) popup chain - it was platinum bucks - but as soon as I told them what one of their popup suppliers was doing they took it down
